Building A will feature 44,000 sf of flex space with 15,000 sf in mezzanine capacity, while Building B will have 42,000 sf with 14,000 sf of mezzanine space. Buchanan spokesperson Leslie Braunstein tells GlobeSt.com that the cost for development of A and B is just over $8 million.

"Dulles Trade Center has been an economic success due to its prime location on Rte. 606 just west of Dulles airport," Buchanan Partners principal Robert Buchanan notes. "Rte. 606 is Loudoun's only industrial corridor and a key to future revenue-generating commercial growth in the county."
