The all-brick, partial two-story building contains industrial production, warehouse and office space, including 10,000 sf of finished, second-floor office space. In the industrial/warehouse space, there are subdivided areas for stamping, paper cutting and maintenance activities.

The building is wet sprinkler protected and has two weather-protected tailgate loading docks and two drive-in loading doors. There is also sufficient street frontage to accommodate four drive-in loading bays.

Patrick Green, SVP in the Center City office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller, which is locally based B & SF Realty LP. Green was the sole agent in the sale negotiations.
