Charles H. Herder and Greg Cizik, both with the Houston office of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Cizik tells GlobeSt.com that the organization, now located nearby at 1450 Lake Robbins Dr., will relocate in mid-January to an office with 35% more space. He says it took six months to survey all options in the town center. "The optimal opportunity became obvious," he says of the final decision to sign a long-term lease in the class A office building at 1001 Woodloch Forest Dr. The 142,560-sf Waterway Plaza II carries a quoted rate of $26 per sf. Steve Hesse of CBRE/Trione & Gordon in Houston represented the building owner, Anadarko Realty Co.
