Space in the class A office structures, which are presently 83% occupied, goes for $24 per sf. Tom Cresce and Zach Wade of real estate services firm Trammell Crow represented property owner KBS Realty Advisors in the transaction, while Transwestern Commercial Service's Ed Clark and Steve Hoffeditz stood in for the Pasadena, CA-headquartered Tetra Tech.
