Hamptons South, located on the last available parcel on East Country Club Drive, was 75% sold at press time and Fernando Valdivieso of International Sales Group says he expects the project to be sold out in a few months. The homes here are priced from the $700,000s to $3 million. The 250-residence, upscale property features Turnberry Golf Course views to the west and ocean views to the east, a formal grand lobby, a tropically landscaped pool and Jacuzzi, an on-site restaurant and concierge services.

The Peninsula consists of two 30-story, 223-residence towers. The homes are priced from the $700,000s to $2.9 million and range from 3,000 sf to 3,600 sf, with penthouses from 3,000 sf to 6,600 sf. Amenities include a pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal, a fitness center, a barbecue area, lighted tennis courts, a dog walk, concierge services, valet parking and a multi-level covered parking garage.
