Boca Developers Finishing Two Aventura Condo Projects

AVENTURA, FL-The residents of Hamptons South, a new 28-story condominium project being developed by Boca Developers here, are scheduled to move in at the end of the year. Meanwhile, the Peninsula, another Boca Developers high-rise project in the city, has closed on 100 condominiums, and residents have started moving in. Phase I was 80% sold at press time, while Phase II is set to enter the market at year-end.

Hamptons South, located on the last available parcel on East Country Club Drive, was 75% sold at press time and Fernando Valdivieso of International Sales Group says he expects the project to be sold out in a few months. The homes here are priced from the $700,000s to $3 million. The 250-residence, upscale property features Turnberry Golf Course views to the west and ocean views to the east, a formal grand lobby, a tropically landscaped pool and Jacuzzi, an on-site restaurant and concierge services.
