CCAC consists of a total of 28 members, which represent residents, property owners, business people and community organizations. This year's open seats have been filled by John Lawrence, Paul Robinson, Ellen Hoffman and Larry Marshall as residential owners/ occupants; D.R. Peck, Robert Daniels, Art Salzberg and Ron Jones as residential tenant representatives; and Shannon Cernich, Lloyd Russell, Bill Keller, Michael Witkin, Eli Fernald, Judith Becker and Steve Estrada as business owners. In addition, Antonio Piscitello of the San Diego Downtown Partnership is serving as a civic community organization representative; Michael Summers of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra Association as a cultural community organization representative; and Charles Hansen of The Salvation Army as a charitable community organization representative.

Each member of the CCAC serves a two-year term. Their responsibilities include advising the Center City Development Corp.'s board of directors, as well as the San Diego City Council, Redevelopment Agency and Planning Commission on Downtown's plans, programs and projects.
