Perrotta is currently overseeing the second conversion of a former garment factory at 11th and Vine. Locally based Metro Development Co. converted the property into a Hawthorne Suites hotel prior to the Republican National Convention here in 2000 and is currently converting the hotel into the 194-unit Grandview residential condominiums.

He also managed the renovation of RCA Victor's old Nipper Building on the Camden, NJ waterfront into a 341-unit residential property. The developer is locally based Dranoff Properties. Earlier in this decade, he oversaw Dranoff's conversion of the former Pennsylvania Railroad freight depot into the Left Bank of Philadelphia, a 282-unit apartment building. He has also been associated with new construction at the Philadelphia International Airport and several H & M Stores.

At JMB, Perrotta will manage construction of major residential projects with a focus on budgeting, fast-track scheduling and other pre-construction and construction services. Jeff Brown, CEO, praises Perrotta's expertise "in restoring neglected, historically-certified buildings into lustrous properties."
