A chapter spokeswoman says the team will quietly take over amid planning for a Jan. 6 ceremony at the Junior League building in the Galleria area. The board, serving one-year terms, is gearing up for an April visit to Capitol Hill to discuss real estate issues with elected officials.

Lynn Kelleher of Navisys Group in Houston is the 2004 president for the 600-member chapter, replacing Lisa A. Hensley in the Houston office of Lincoln Property Co. President-elect is Gregg M. Raymond of Commercial Dynamics Inc.; treasurer, Philip Schneidau of BMS Management Inc.; vice president-education, David Hargrove of Greystone Asset Management LP; VP-legislative, Tammy Gorr Hendrix of Trizec Holdings Inc.; VP-membership, Dawn E. Campbell of MetroNational Corp.; VP-services, Sue Lynn Ramsey of Alliance Residential Management LLC; VP-communication, Jeff Burck of RS Property Management; and VP-multifamily, Mary Butler of Granite Properties.
