Huseby, who has more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, will provide business development and advisory services to the commercial real estate firm's clients in the healthcare industry. He will focus on guiding healthcare entities and providers as they evaluate development opportunities.

Before joining United Properties, he was a director in the Strategic and Corporate Development department at Allina Health System. "By adding his health-care expertise to the team already in place, United Properties is in a solid position to offer business solutions to a wide range of healthcare clients," said Larry Pobuda, SVP, United Properties.

Huseby has also served as a Healthcare Consultant for Arthur Andersen and as an accountant and project analyst for United Hospital in Grand Forks, ND. He received his bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota and a master of science in Administration from Central Michigan University and is a CPA.
