The building is located in ProLogis Logistic Park Muggensturm, which is located adjacent to the A5 highway. The park consists of two distribution buildings totaling 201,285 sf and excess land for future development.

There is currently one other tenant in the park, C&A Mode KG. Denver-based ProLogis says plans are under way to expand the park by another 270,000 sf.

In November, ProLogis inked a 502, 815-sf build-to-suit lease agreement with Ricoh Europe B.V., one of the world's leading suppliers of office automation equipment, for its industrial park in the Brabant sub-market of Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. Construction on the facility began in October and scheduled for completion by August 2004. The building, which includes rail access, will be used for the configuration and distribution of Ricoh products throughout Europe.
