Fulton County Studies 91,500-SF Project Proposal

ATLANTA-Atlanta Realty Partners plans a 26-acre mixed-use community comprising 65,000 sf of retail, 26,500 sf of office and 301 townhomes and apartments on land owned by Technology Park Inc. at Medlock Bridge and Abbott's Bridge roads.

ATLANTA-Fulton County commissioners have a full plate of commercial development proposals in front of them this week, including a request from Atlanta Realty Partners to create a 26-acre, mixed-use community.

The project would comprise 65,000 sf of retail, 26,500 sf of office and 301 townhomes and apartments on land owned by Technology Park Inc. at Medlock Bridge and Abbott’s Bridge roads, according to tentative development plans filed with the county’s planning and community development department.
