Mt. Vernon Village Center Brings Occupancy Level up to 80%

ALEXANDRIA, VA-The Mt. Vernon Village Center has opened its doors to a new tenant with kidney dialysis center Renal Care Partners of Alexandria’s recent commitment to 6,200 sf of space, leaving the 55,000-sf facility approximately 80% leased. Acting on behalf of the property owner, Divaris Real Estate Inc. marketed the space for an annual leasing rate of approximately $174,000. Sheer Partners represented the tenant in the transaction.

Carrying the address of 3839 Mt. Vernon Ave. the strip shopping center sits halfway between the popular local destinations of Crystal City and Old Town Alexandria. Targeted by the Alexandria City Council’s Vision for the Alexandria Neighborhood program as an “underutilized opportunity site,” the property recently underwent a massive renovation project. Renal Care Partners’ new neighbors at the center include My Organic Market, CVS and Nam Viet Restaurant.
