Rum Runners, located at 5848 Cape Harbour Dr., opened in November. This is the first Rum Runners restaurant, although the owners previously owned and sold five restaurants in South Florida, including the very exclusive Bistro 41. It also is the first waterfront restaurant in town. Patrons can come by boat or car, and the restaurant includes an outdoor area that houses entertainment certain nights.

RealMark Marina Grill LLC is the building's owner and Jeff Gately and Todd Johnson are the principals of Snappers Inc. Paul A. Sands of Grubb & Ellis|VIP negotiated the transaction.

The Cape Harbour project is a mixed-use development that includes a 76-slip deep-water marina, a three-story dry storage area for about 150 boats and, under development around the marina, approximately 100,000 sf of office space over retail space as well as residential condominiums.
