Prestige Resorts & Destinations Opens Office in Germany

MINNEAPOLIS-Anne Biging will be managing director in Germany for Prestige, which represents high-quality resorts and destination management companies.

MINNEAPOLIS-Prestige Resorts & Destinations Ltd. said it opened a sales office in Cologne, Germany, its second office in Europe.

The move is part of Prestige’s strategy to expand into key European markets to supplement the five existing sales offices in North America. Hospitality professional Anne Biging has joined the Prestige as managing director for Germany.

Biging has 20 years experience in the tourism industry, including establishing the first government-appointed office for the Western Australian Tourism Commission in Germany. As a former journalist, Biging has published numerous articles and travel guides. She also has managed tourism representation for Arizona, New Mexico and Pennsylvania in Germany.
