Holly comes to the Glendale, CA-based company from CB Richard Ellis, where he was a first vice president focused on leasing. Prior to that he was the Northwest managing director of Insignia/ESG, which was acquired by CBRE. Prior to Insignia, he was a property manager with Forum Properties, which was acquired by Insignia.

PS Business Parks COO Stephen King says Holley was hired because he not only has management experience-–Holley was actually managing some of the aforementioned parks for Forum Properties when they were acquired by PS Business Parks-–but he has been more focused on leasing for the past several years, which King says should help in filling the fairly high vacancy that now exists in the company's Northwest portfolio. "He's got a unique combination of skills that is right down our alley," says King.

PS Business Park's Oregon portfolio consists of 532,235 sf at Cornell Oaks, 615,113 sf at Creekside, 577,093 in Woodside and 101,578 sf at 4040 SE International Way. The company's lone Washington property is a 27,912-sf office building at 879 Rainier Ave. N. in Renton, WA.

Holley did not return a phone call Monday seeking comment. In a prepared statement, he says the new job gives him the opportunity to apply both his property management and leasing skills "in one consolidated effort." Holley replaces Eileen Newkirk, who left in July.
