Town Center's Only Hotel Opens

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-The Hilton Garden Inn, a 176-room business-class hotel, has made its official debut with a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony. The hospitality property will be the only hotel to adorn the $350 million Town Center of Virginia Beach mixed-use urban development, which spans 17 city blocks and will ultimately include 850,000 sf of class A office space, 750,000-sf of retail space, luxury residential apartments and parking facilities. Armada Hoffler, co-developer of the Town Center, and Barcelo Crestline are the owners of the new hotel and Crestline Hotels & Resorts Inc. is on board as the property manager.

Carrying the address of 252 Town Center Dr., the Hilton Garden Inn sits off I-264, just a few miles from the Beach Oceanfront and the Virginia Beach Convention Center. In addition to its guest rooms, the 100,000-sf property consists of 2,700 sf of meeting and event space, a business center, a fitness facility and a small restaurant.
