DeCouto Wins CoreNet Leadership Certificate

ATLANTA-John DeCouto, a senior director in the local office of Advantis/GVA, has a new professional designation to add after his name–Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate.

It’s a coveted designation established by CoreNet Global which calls itself the world’s largest organization (7,500 members on five continents) devoted to the ongoing education of corporate real estate professionals. DeCouto was one of 66 international graduates in the SLCR class of 2003. CoreNet Global set up the program in 2002.

“The new SLCR program is focused on the development of essential leadership skills for those positioning themselves for a greater role in their organization,” says Becky Haliden, CoreNet Global’s curriculum and faculty development director. “It is designed to broaden business perspective, enhance strategic approach to decision making, hone financial analysis skills and expand leadership abilities.”
