Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has a portfolio of 64 shopping centers totaling approximately 12.9 million sf of gross leasable area, consisting of 63 community centers, of which ten are power centers and two are single tenant properties, as well as one enclosed regional mall.
Michigan properties include the Auburn Mile in Auburn Hills, MI, Fairlane Meadows in Dearborn, Eastridge Commons in Flint, The Clinton Valley Mall and Clinton Valley Shopping Center in Sterling Heights, Clinton Pointe in Clinton Township, West Oaks I and West Oaks II in Novi, the Edgewood Town Center in Lansing, the Ferndale Plaza in Ferndale, Jackson Crossing in Jackson, and Lakeshore Marketplace in Norton Shores.
