Alexander is a sales and management executive with 30 years in the field. She has chalked up $150 million in aggregate sales with numerous firms, including Merrill Lynch Realty and Marie Powell & Associates, both in Sarasota, FL and Brown Harris Stevens in Winter Park, FL.
Alexander also has been a real estate consultant and was a partner in the Real Estate Team which focused exclusively on condo sales in Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach, FL in the early 1980s.
"Metro Orlando is just beginning to emerge as a viable multifamily condominium market," Alexander says. She has worked on several major residential projects in the Orlando area, including Sabal Point in Longwood, Torey Pines in southwest Orlando, Bayshore Bath & Tennis Club in Daytona Beach and the Moorings in Vero Beach.
