Robert Hall, Director at sole letting agents DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, said the letting represents one of the most significant industrial property deals in the south east in 2003. "It is symbolic of the re-emerging occupier interest within the warehousing distribution sector which had been relatively quiet in the last 12 months," he said.
