An undertemined number of MSX employees will nove into two buildings MSX already operates in Warren, near I-696 and Dequindre Road. The employees are being moved from a 64,000-sf building near 11 Mile Road and Lahser in Southfield that MSX leased from an affiliate of Kirco, which is based in Troy. Two years ago, MSX signed a 10-year lease at the new $11 million building in Troy, but MSX will now seek to sublease that facility. The move is being done as a cost-saving effort by MSX, which reported a net loss about $25 million.

MSX is also vacating another, smaller office in Dearborn. The moves are targetted to save MSX about $30 million, according to Bruce Wagner, VP of corporate communications for MSX.
