Clarendon Centre sits at the intersection of Washington Blvd. and Highland St., in Arlington's Clarendon submarket. "The transformation of the Clarendon area in recent years from empty lots and abandoned buildings to a vibrant retail and residential neighborhood with a true main street environment has resulted in tremendous opportunities for retailers of all types and sizes," JBGR Principal Grant Ehat explains.

JBGR leasing agents were unavailable for comment on retail rental rates for the property. However, real estate services firm KLNB Retail's marketing of ground-level retail space at $42 per sf in the new Odyssey luxury apartment building hints at what the going rate could be for similar space in Clarendon Centre.
