Riverside Technology Park sits on a 44-acre parcel between Rte. 26 and I-70, and is currently leased to 66% capacity. "Demand for flex and light manufacturing space in the Frederick area has been high and, in turn, we expect to increase leasing activities at Riverside Technology Park, as well as our other Frederick business park, the Center at Monocacy," notes MIE Properties partner Gigi Wagner. Other tenants in the park include Commercial Marketing Associates, Invitro Care, Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., and Trugreen.
