The seller was Colangelo Holdings LLC, and the sale price is approximately $99.03 per sf. The building totals 9,492 sf and is located at 1130 S. Powerline Road. Previously, the building served as a warehouse for marble and tile.

Moldy Holdings is a furniture restoration company that specializes in refurbishing furniture damaged by smoke and mold for insurance claims. The company is moving because it needed a bigger headquarters facility, according to a spokesperson for a broker involved in the deal.

Athan Prakas, a broker and president of the Prakas Group Inc., represented Moldy Holdings LLC in the transaction. Linda Large of Coldwell Banker represented Colangelo Holdings LLC.
