Roy Hirshland, president and CEO of T3 Realty Advisors represented JAFCO Networks in the transaction while Keith Gurtler of Trammell Crow Co. represented Shorenstein.

The Bay Colony Corporate Center is a four-building office park located at 950, 1000, 1050 and 1100 Winter St. Situated on a 58-acre parcel, it was built in 1998 and consists of 980,000 sf. Lease rates for the park were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $25 per sf.
