The retail park totals 75,615 sf with tenants including Boots the Chemists, JJB Sports, Jollye's, Poundstretcher, Bewise, McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. The units generate a rental income of £1,114,702 ($1.94 million) per annum with average rents of £13.35 ($23.20) to £14.75 ($25.60) per sf and the majority of the income is secured on unexpired lease terms in excess of 16 years.
