Interior Retail: Toto, a store in Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, owned by CBR Inc.; the architect was Architectural Alliance, the consultant was Dunham Associates and the contractor was NBC General Contractors.

Retail under 50,000 sf: Lakeville Crossing, owned, developed and leased by Paster Enterprises; the architect was KKE Architects, the consultant was Nelson Rudie and Associates and the landform contractor was Weis Builders Inc.

Retail from 50,000 sf to 250,000 sf: Block E in Minneapolis owned by Block E Interest LLC and developed and leased by McCaffery Interest; the architect was Antunovich Associates, the consultants were Downey Engebretson Inc. and Faegre & Benson LLP, the contractor was PCL/Plant Construction, and leased by McCaffery and Westfair Realty.

Shopping Centers over 250,000 sf: The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, Maple Grove owned, co-developed and built by Opus Northwest, along with RED Development; the architect was KKE Architects, the consultants were US Bank, MFRA and Damon Farber & Associates, and leased by RED Development.
