Three Macomb County Leases Inked

ROSEVILLE, MI-Two new leases have been signed at a Roseville shopping center, and a third deal was struck in Sterling Heights.

ROSEVILLE, MI-Armada Real Estate and Investment Co. has leased space to three companies in Macomb County, including two in the Eastgate Shopping Center here, according to Armada’s Steve Goren.

Dental Health Group leased 2,380 sf at the Eastgate Shopping Center, on Gratiot Avenue, about a half-mile south of I-696. LA Insurance also leased 1,668 sf at the neighborhood center. The center–among the oldest in southeast Michigan–is anchored by a Kroger supermarket of approximately 75,000 sf and an AJ Wright store of about 25,000 sf.
