CBRE Begins Strategic Security Alliance

NEW YORK CITY-CB Richard Ellis is teaming up with security concern SafirRosettito design, implement and monitor activities encompassing internal and externalsafety, vendor and personnel security, and financial operations risk matters inall US-based CB Richard Ellis properties CBRE currently manages a nationalportfolio of more than 350 million sf in approximately 1,700 buildings. Thealliance is expected to launch in New York after the New Year, then rollout toother major markets.

The partnership will provide an integrated approach to security and life safetyrisk assessment, combining physical security systems with training for personnelin customized screening protocols. “With today’s increasingly complex issuesinvolving commercial real estate, it is essential to provide uncompromisingsecurity and related services,” said CBRE’s Jana Turner, president, assetservices.
