The former Boat Haus restaurant, located at 770 Lapeer Rd. in Orion Township, was purchased by a "well-known restaurant chain," Friedman says. The buyers did not disclose a timeline of when a new restaurant will open at the 8,100-sf building. Friedman's Rob Hibbert and Kevin George represented the seller, Bank One, and the purchaser in the transaction.
In Royal Oak, Friedman represented 1025 Campbell Properties LLC in the purchase of a 12,104-sf single story office building at 1025 Campbell. The property was purchased from Skinner Realty LLC. Prior to the sale, telecommunications company LDMI had occupied the building. Intelligent Connections, a computer security company and Contract Counsel, a personnel services company, will now occupy the building.
Friedman's Eric Banks represented 1025 Campbell Properties in the transaction.
