Aviation Firm Renews, Expands

HOUSTON-Air Routing International renews early on 28,743 sf at 2925 Briarpark Dr. while striking a new deal for 2,242 sf in Columbia Centre in a disaster plan to keep its data center about two miles from its main hub.

HOUSTON-A Houston-based aviation services firm has signed an early renewal for 28,743 sf in a Westchase building and inked a new lease at a nearby address to set up a data center in 2,242 sf.

Air Routing International penned the early renewal for 2925 Briarpark Dr. while tapping Columbia Centre at 11011 Richmond Ave. for the data center space. Tenant rep Randy Wilhelm in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial says the decision to take a second location for the data center was done as a strategic back-up in the event of a disaster. Air Routing provides services such as international and domestic flight support and international aviation weather watching.
