The aggregate value of the lease agreement is approximately $1.2 million. Steve Italiano, Dan Reeder and John Kaczowka, VPs in the Wayne, PA office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the owner, Philadelphia-based BPG Industrial Partners III LP, and the EPA in the negotiations.
The building is southwest of Philadelphia and across the Delaware River from Wilmington, DE. It provides tailgate dock loading and a 20-ft clear ceiling height. Other tenants in the facility are Guida; Cutler Hammer, a wholesale electronics distributor; Tetra Tech, a global consulting engineering firm; and Priority Air.
CB Richard Ellis operates five regional offices in the Greater Philadelphia market area. They are in Allentown, PA; Marlton, NJ; at the Greenville Center in suburban Wilmington, DE; Center City Philadelphia, and at Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne.
