Located in the city's central business district, 1730 M St. will put Share Our Strength right in the middle of the DC power hub. The 40-year-old, 11-story tower is a class B property that offers leased office space for $31 to $36 per sf. "CRESA Partners was phenomenal in helping us identify our needs, finding a location that was a good fit, narrowing down solutions, and bringing us to closure on a lease," says Share Our Strength's Lynda Ramirez-Blust. Charles E. Smith Realty, the building owner, represented itself in the deal. Other tenants in the building include the League of Women Voters, Multi-Media Holdings Inc., and the Office of the Special Counsel.
