Cousins and PREI remain partners in nine other office and retail ventures, according to Mark Russell, the company's vice president and director of investor relations.

The acquired buildings are adjacent to North Point Mall and across GA 400 from Cousins' recently approved 216-acre mixed-use project along Westside Parkway, between Mansell and Haynes Bridge roads.

The four-building North Point Center East campus was constructed from 1995 to 1999. The 100 and 200 buildings are six stories and 130,000 sf each. Adjacent to the 100 and 200 buildings are the 333 and 555 North Point Center East buildings, both 100%-owned by Cousins. The 333 building contains six stores and 129,000; the 555 building is seven stories and 152,000 sf.
