Occupying a two-acre site near the Winterhill Retail Park, the new centre comprises a 35,000 sf retail warehouse, a 5,400 sf outdoor project centre and 1,500 sf of offices with an auxiliary 7,300 sf compound area. The store, which provides 126 car parking spaces, opened for trade in November 2003.
