The facility will be developed at ProLogis' Isle d'Abeau industrial park. Construction will begin in January. Occupancy is scheduled for June 2004.
The lease agreement is ProLogis' first with Rossignol. The details of the lease were not released by the parties involved and were not otherwise immediately available.
Elsewhere in France, ProLogis recently signed a similar-sized lease agreement with another new customer. Carglass, an automobile windshield manufacturer, will take 150,000 sf at a ProLogis industrial park in Clergy, near Paris.
