Real estate services firm Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield led the way on the lease negotiations for Wythe-Will, the terms of which have not been released. Including the nearly $1-million price tag for acquiring the land, the facility will cost a total of $6.5 million to complete.

"You have to pay attention to the firms you have and do what you can to keep them here and growing," James City County Board of Supervisors representative Jim Kennedy said in an earlier statement announcing Wythe-Will's decision to stay in the area with its relocation to Stonehouse Commerce Park. "We feel we are doing that with Wythe-Will." The distributor will join other park neighbors including museum gift shop items creator Design Master Associates and medical procedure kits manufacturer AVID Medical.
