Flesher tells GlobeSt.com that the attorneys were looking for something different plus felt compelled from an economic standpoint to seek out other options in the downtown submarket. The firm is vacating about 11,000 sf.
Vic Baltov in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the building owner, AIG. Baltov says the 416,685-sf tower, with a $20 per sf quoted rate, is now 95% occupied.
