Stetson & Associates Inc., a Houston educational consulting firm, re-upped 4,000 sf and Anthis & Co., a financial planner and CPA, held tight to 2,716 sf at 13910 Champions Forest Dr. The tenants' broker, Roddy McAlpine with the Houston office of Colliers International, tells GlobeSt.com that Stetson has been in the building about six years and the financial services firm about five years.
McAlpine says Stetson executives toured the submarket, but based the decision to stay on the class B building's location. In Anthis' case, its corporate chiefs also looked around before staying put for the location and build-out in the existing office.
The 82%-leased office building has asking rates ranging from $14.50 per sf to $15.50 per sf. Liz Wescott-Brown of Moody Rambin Interests in Houston brokered the pacts for building owner, Champions Texas Properties Ltd. of Vancouver, BC.
