Located off Waxpool Rd. and the Dulles Greenway near the Washington Dulles International Airport, the 82-acre Ashburn Technology Park currently consists of three flex buildings totaling 245,000 sf. Park developer MIE Properties expects to ultimately build out the park to include 10 structures and 650,000 sf of flex space. "The Ashburn area is growing with families that want great quality services for their kids, and thanks to MIE, we can provide this," notes Potomac Swim School owner and president Donna Boone.
