For Chenega, the deal marks a relocation from its current home on Kingstowne Village Parkway in Alexandria, VA. The new space is located within the same park as the Lorton office of the US Customs Service--a fact of great convenience to Chenega because of its new contract with the government organization. Other park tenants include Expansion Management Services and the Colchester Land Co. Colchester is a tenant, as well as the property owner. Chenega plans to make the move to its new home during the first quarter of next year.
