AUBURN HILLS, MI-Pitcairn Properties of Jenkintown, PA, has received approval from the Aurburn Hills City Council to build three office buildings in the city with a total of 500,000 sf. The new buildings, which will represent about $100 million in investment, will be visible from I-75 and will be located west of the Palace of Auburn Hills.

According to the city, the plans include athree-story building of 90,000 sf; a four-story building of 120,000 sf; and a nine-story building of 270,000 sf. A parking deck that can accommodate 1,800 cars is also planned for the 18-acre site. Construction is to begin in summer 2004.
