C&W Adds NYC Broker; JRT Alliance Grows

NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan broker Steven Blair Strati has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director in its Midtown Manhattan brokerage operations. He was previously a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis. Strati will be based at C&W’s headquarters here.

During his tenure with CBRE, Strati negotiated transactions such as a 266,000-sf lease as agent of 315 Park Ave. South with Credit Suisse First Boston, and tenant representation assignments including AWT (200,000 sf), Sithe Energies (195,000 sf), Mitsubishi Trust & Banking Corp. (134,000 sf) and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide (134,000 sf).
