BAP-GGM Developers, a joint venture between BAP Development and GGM Developers, is developing the project. Luis Latorre, project manager for BAP-GGM Development, says the demolition will take about two weeks.

The glass tower will feature one- to four-bedroom residences, plus 12 lofts. The units will range in size from 823 sf to 2,802 sf and in price from $345,000 to $1.5 million. Amenities will include a wine cellar, an infinity-edge pool with a Jacuzzi on the bay, a sunset garden on the eighth floor overlooking the bay, a fitness center, a dog walk, and access to a great room with fireplaces and a billiards room with a sports bar.

The project has a planned ground-breaking of next September. The project's on-site sales center is set to open in February.
