National City Mortgage of Miamisburg, with 595 locations in 42 states, signed a long-term lease for Cornerstone Towers at 3707 FM 1960 West. The office is one of five in the firm's expansion plan for the region.

Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, a PM Realty Group team in Houston, represented the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors. National City used in-house representation to structure the pact. The 71,008-sf office building, with a quoted rate of $14.50 per sf, is now 80% occupied.

In Westchase, Atlantis Data Systems, a local provider for long-haul trucking and vessel industries, took office space in Millennium Tower at 10375 Richmond Ave. in a deal put together by Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter, who represent the building owner, BMS Management, and Robert Avary with the Gustafson Group Inc. in Houston. The 360,700-sf building has a quoted rate of $19.50 per sf.
