WALTHAM, MA-Q1 Labs Inc. is moving its headquarters to 1000 Winter St. in the Bay Colony Corporate Center with its sublease of 4,276 sf of space from Bessemer Ventures. The company, a developer of network security intelligence solutions, hired a new management team and is relocating from New Brunswick, Canada. Doug Adamian of Grubb & Ellis represented Bessemer Ventures in the transaction, while Roy Hirshland, president and CEO of T3 Realty, represented Q1 Labs.

“Like most start-up companies, we needed to invest our funding wisely,” says Bob Fincke, vice president of finance at Q1 Labs. “The current economy allowed us to find high-quality space for reasonable rates.”
