Paradigm Properties LLC, a locally based real estate investment and management firm, owns the building. Meredith & Grew represented Rothman Partners. In order to make the transaction possible, Rothman Partners traded its current space on the third floor with Hitachi Consulting, which was located on the second floor. This deal allowed the design firm to have contiguous space on the second floor.

The 83,324-sf, six-story "brick and beam" building is located in the city's Leather District across the street from South Station. Paradigm acquired the property in 1999. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but space in the building goes for about $18 per sf. The building is nearly fully leased.
