According to the terms of the $782,000 lease, the new tenant will take 6,000 sf in the office facility. It will occupy suite 130 in Seaview Corporate Center, which is located at 10188 Telesis Court in San Diego.

The Shidler Group was represented by Eric Northbrook and Chad Urie of Colliers International in the recent transaction. Alex Perry of Corporate Real Estate Advisors acted on behalf of tenant ACS State and Local Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Affiliated Computer Services Inc.

Seaview Corporate Center was acquired by The Shidler Group, in partnership with Angelo, Gordon & Co., in April 2002 from LNR Seaview Inc., an entity of Lennar Corp. The partnership paid $62.5 million for the property, which is comprised of three class A office buildings totaling 340,287 sf and a 12,780-sf biotech facility. Amenities here include hiking trails, an onsite cafeteria, fitness center, lap pool, tennis and basketball courts and locker rooms.
