German Supplier Considers Plymouth Lease

PLYMOUTH, MI-Michigan is wooing a German auto parts supplier that is eyeing a 108,000-sf lease in Plymouth. Tax incentives are on the table to lure the $13 million investment that could create up to 250 jobs.

PLYMOUTH, MI-Now that a German auto supplier has located a technical center in Plymouth, MI, economic developers are encouraging the company to build a manufacturing center there as well.

The Michigan Economic Growth Authority has an 85% employment tax credit for 12 years for any new employees Karmann GmbH might locate or hire in Plymouth. Karmann opened a technical center in Plymouth earlier this year.
